The Juniors program in Margate prepares ten-to-fourteen-year-olds for the full demands of adult BJJ training. Classes include live positional sparring, technique chains, and competition preparation for students who want it. The curriculum covers all fundamental positions with the depth needed to compete at IBJJF Kids and Teens events. Students in this age group often become leaders in the broader gym culture — younger students look up to them, and that responsibility tends to accelerate maturity on and off the mat. The transition into the adult program is designed to be smooth: Juniors students are already training at adult intensity before they cross over.
