Adult BJJfor Tamarac Residents

Tamarac adults training at Gracie Barra Coral Springs access the same Gracie Barra curriculum used across more than 1,000 academies worldwide — a structured progression from foundational positions through advanced competition technique. The GB1 Fundamentals track is built for practitioners of all ages and fitness levels, with technique sequencing that prioritizes understanding over athleticism. For Tamarac residents who came to BJJ in their 40s, 50s, or later, this approach is a meaningful departure from gyms that assume a high athletic baseline. Evening and weekend classes accommodate working schedules. Professor Sergio Costa leads adult sessions with the technical precision of a competitor who has tested these techniques at the world championship level.
