Gracie Barra Coral Springs is approximately ten minutes from most Tamarac addresses via McNab Road east to NW 62nd Avenue in Margate. The school is at 3270 NW 62nd Ave, Suite 8. From Nob Hill Road, McNab Road east is the most direct route. Alternatively, Commercial Boulevard east connects to NW 62nd Avenue from the south end of Tamarac. No highway driving is required. The school's adult enrollment includes students in their 40s, 50s, and 60s — a reflection of the Tamarac area's demographics, which include a substantial number of active older adults. The Gracie Barra curriculum prioritizes leverage and technique over athleticism, which makes it accessible to adults who came to BJJ later in life or who have mobility considerations.
